I am a math learning specialist utilizing MAKING MATH REAL. I have studied with David Berg and love the four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); fractions/decimals/advanced placement; and Pre-Algebra! I completed undergraduate and graduate studies at an Ivy League School.
Experience
Virtual tutoring and classes anywhere! I was the Math Circle Director for a K-12 School. I provide prescriptive teaching using MAKING MATH REAL methods to a wide range of students, including those who struggle in math and those who are gifted. I have experience with students who have mild to severe learning differences. I am patient and fun! I use a variety of strategies to clearly explain concepts. I also have a car full of math games! I am present. I also can talk about unicorns to Star Wars to soccer to Slime. I make sure I have trust and build a relationship with your child.
